I hope you enjoyed and thanks for looking - I'm hoping to finish the post work and submit my final rendering to Hum3D Contest and then post the final results with some close up crops here too. Starting point was the entire project was a an inspiration from classic American Muscle Car 1969 Dodge Charger. It is not a realistic version of the car but a stylized interpretation of myself.

When I reached this point I've uploaded these renderings to my instagram and successfully got a comment from an 18 year old who liken it to a calculator cover which was very heartening to continue working on it.

These were the first beauty renders of my car with parts I've been able to finish. Many things seemed to be incorrect, wrong and "not so cool" to me while working on them so I decided to keep tweaking, detailing and adding to it.

I've also managed to add some lights and atmosphere so see how my car may look in different atmospheric conditions while keep adding some smaller details and tweaking / fixing certain parts that fit my imagination.

Process went on and on and at some part I started to think that I perhaps may never been able to finish this - it felt like a never ending process. On the other hand I really wanted to have a big engine with Super-Charger on top.

I've worked on the environment as fast and clean as I can with methods I've learned and somehow developed in time before the energy and inspiration flew away.

When I was working on the lighting of the scene and overall composition I suddenly realized how things can go wrong and all that hard work and dedication in vain with improper / bad lighting.

So for the following steps decided to give an HDR dome a try which is something I rarely use. Thank God it worked better than I've thought and given the whole scene a night city mood that I was looking for.

While working on the post work after final rendering I couldn't stop myself to not to try and old photography effect - surely didn't worked at all on a cyberpunk inspired environment but oh well.
