All The Way To The Top

Hello friends! This is my new Stellar Blade EVE fan art. I actually made this piece out of spite; maybe spite is too heavy of a word to choose but founder of the Shift Up - makers of the game Stellar Blade is a pro-ai person. And claimed that it's "easier" to use Gen Ai Slop for "detailed backgrounds" with less of a burden.

I refuse to believe that dude never heard of TurboSquid or KitBash3D. Especially KitBash3D offers some absolutely amazing pre-modelled 3D buildings that you can use ANY of your work as much as you want after one single purchase.

HERE on my artwork though I didn't even used anything from KB3D since my humble PC with Core i3 / 16GB / GT1030 can't handle it. Instead I literally duplicate some boxes in most efficient way and used a detailed bump-map texture and then add even more detail after rendering. They behind the shallow depth of field yet still got the look I wanted.

There's no logical way to rationalize using Gen Ai Slop. Ai is bad for small businesses, bad for PC part markets, bad for nature, bad for human well-being - just plain bad for humanity. I wish more people could stand against it.
